Aiken Regional Medical Centers' Emergency Department (ED) is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week by emergency medicine-trained physicians, nurses and staff. Our goal is to provide high-quality, compassionate treatment in a timely manner.     ER Reserve

    ER Reserve lets you request a time (up to 12 hours in advance) in the ER for non-life-threatening injuries or illnesses such as:

    • Flu
    • Sore throat
    • Earache
    • Cough or cold
    • Muscle strains and sprains
