Your Nurse Navigator

Making health decisions can be challenging, but navigating our healthcare system shouldn’t be. Through WE — Women Enlightened for Better Health, you will be paired with a nurse navigator who will serve as your central point of healthcare communications.

Your nurse navigator will:

  • Assist members in establishing a primary care physician and obtaining referrals to ARMC specialists and services, when necessary. Our nurse navigator will also help you schedule appointments and routine health screenings.
  • Provide health education on medical conditions and treatments.
  • Keep you informed about services, facilities and events offered by Aiken Regional Medical Centers.
  • Provide support during stressful health events.
