It's important to let all your healthcare providers know about all over-the-counter (OTC) and prescription medications you take, how much you take and when you take them. Keeping track of your medications can be a challenge, particularly if you have certain chronic conditions or take multiple medications. The Universal Medication Form provides an easy way to keep an up-to-date list of all the prescription and over-the-counter medications you are taking.

Aiken Regional's new e-Patient service is an easy way to send an encouraging note to a friend or family member in the hospital. Just fill out the form below and it will be hand-delivered to the patient's room.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. e-Patient notes sent on weekends or holidays will be delivered the next business day.
