Measuring Excellence
ARMC is one of more than 3,000 hospitals nationwide that voluntarily joined the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s 100K Lives Campaign and 5 Million Lives Campaign to save lives in US hospitals, by instituting better practices and improving quality.

We were also early participants in the Hospital Quality Alliance Measures initiative, which provides best practice guidelines for treating selected diagnoses to ensure a consistent level of care.
To further demonstrate our commitment to service excellence, we have re-educated 100% of our managers and associates through a highly innovative program called “Service Excellence — It Starts with Me.”

Student Care Team Technicians
This is a great opportunity for students currently enrolled in a credentialed school of nursing program to gain paid experience in a hospital setting, performing duties similar to those of a CNA. All candidates, who must have already completed the Fundamentals of Nursing course, are hired on a per diem (PRN) basis, with flexible scheduling.

Student Nurse Externship Program
Senior students in ADN and BSN programs are able to enhance their skills and get paid, while working one-on-one with a licensed nurse in the delivery of patient care. Our flexible schedules, which revolve around school schedules, require a commitment of only 16-24 hours/month.

Nurse Internship Program
Employing a combination of powerful classroom and clinical experiences, graduate nurses can prepare to become medical/surgical or critical care staff nurses.

Online CEUs
Because education doesn’t end at graduation, ARMC provides a free online library, containing more than 1,000 continuing education articles.

Learning Management System
Allowing 24/7 access to online learning, and tracking skills and certifications, LMS helps nurses stay current with mandatory educational requirements.

Tuition Assistance Programs
Recognizing the importance of our associates’ professional growth, we encourage that growth through a number of valuable tuition assistance programs. Whether you are a student entering a nursing program, a new graduate, or an RN who wants to advance your education, we have just the right tuition program for you:

RN Scholarship Program pays up-front scholarship money for both part- and full-time employees who are enrolled in an accredited ADN or BSN program.

Tuition Payback Program reimburses new graduates accepting full-time positions for the tuition costs of their final year of nursing education. Educational Reimbursement and Assistance Program reimburses RNs and LPNs who wish to continue their education.
